FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Newport Beach, California March 29, 2006 — Masters Hall of Fame Founder and C.E.O. Steve Spry announces his departure as the C.E.O. of the Masters Hall of Fame.

Elder Grand Master Steve Spry founded the Masters Hall of Fame in 2000 as a way to recognize Martial Arts Leaders for their contributions to the Martial Arts Community. "Over the last 6 years I seen the Masters Hall of Fame develops significantly, I am proud of what we have accomplished in the last six years. The Masters Hall of Fame has grown to the point were I had to make a choice between running KI International or the Masters Hall of Fame," Said Elder Grand Master Spry.

Since the last event in 2004, Mr. Spry has been looking for someone that would take the Masters into the next decade. The search finally ended this month naming Daniel Hect as the C.E.O. of the Masters Hall of Fame. Daniel Hect has over 25 years in the martial arts and a strong business background. "I was very pleased to have been considered for the position and have the opportunity to contribute to the business aspects of this world class event as the new C.E.O. of the Masters Hall of Fame," said Daniel Hect.

The 2006 Masters Hall of Fame Awards Banquet is a Back Tie Formal event and will be held on Saturday, August 26, 2006 at the Radisson Hotel in the City of Newport Beach, California. Leading martial artists from around the world are expected to attend.

The Banquet will open with a Traditional Japanese Taiko drummer followed by a Banquet, entertainment, and the Award Ceremony for the 2006 Hall of Fame Inductee's. Each inductee will receive their award and a certificate for their induction presented by the Board Member that nominated them into the Masters Hall of Fame.
